A Beautiful Stranger

Standing with a group in a shopping mall/skate park area. I stand there with a group of people, all who look like they should be out of a Japanese film, or Anime. Most of them tall, skinny, and haircuts and colors slightly different but the same in a way. I feel the wind blow by me, softly, as my hair flows across my face. As I move my hair away from my eyes, I look up and see him, the most beautiful creature I have ever seen. Perfectly pale skin, white, short yet long straight hair cut into layers. And those eyes, I'll never forget were sapphire blue, as they sparkle in the sun light while he looked at me. Perfect lips that stretched as he gave me a certain smile, one as if he was planning something devious. Tall with a white shirt, Black suite like jacket and black slacks with dressy shoes. He stood proud and confident as he called the group over to him. Chills went up and down my spine as I walked over to him. Speechless I stand next to him, staring in amazement at how beautiful this guy was. He looks down at me and says something in his sweet voice. I don't remember exactly what he said, but just as fast as he said it, he was as quick to leave. I wake up with my heart pounding, my hands sweating, and me gasping for air. I look around for this magnificent creature, of course he is nowhere to be found. Unsatisfied with my awakening and lack of finding my mysterious friend I realize, it was all a dream, and I may never find him again.

A place for my head

As I walk around letting the cool rain fall down upon me. I close my eyes and tilt my head back letting every drop hit me and drip down my face. I hear the thunder in the distance and can notice the bright flash of light through my eye lids. I catch the scent of the fresh rain as it hits the earth and can hear every drop. I then find a dry spot to sit down and watch the storm pass by admiring every minute that passes. I look around and notice how vivid everything looks, how brilliant the gravel appears. How much greener the grass seems, and even though everything is dead around me, how it all comes to life. The clouds pass by with the gloomy look to them, then the lightning hits, brightening everything up. The Sun finally sets, and the nightfall pours over, the city lights are what's left to illuminate the darkness. Time passes by me and I take in one last deep breath before ending the night. I bid them farewell and whisper to my grandparents goodnight and thank them for sharing a wonder evening with me. I kneel down paying my respects then get up slowly to walk away, with tears in my eyes knowing I will one day see them again. Thoughts are clear to me and I know that no matter what, I must do what I can to make them proud, and even though they are not around I know they are still watching over me.

Vampire

Walking around alone at night, with the cold crisp air hitting my face. I stop to look around, but the only thing I could see was your face in the distance.
T'was not that long ago when we met, and we don't know much about each other, but for some reason, your presents still haunts me. Have I been forgotten, am I really the last of my kind?
No I couldn't be, there has to be more than just one of me left out there. How can one immortal soul be stuck to wander this earth alone, with no one there to love, no one there to show her the ways of the creatures of the night. Just stuck in this constant circle with all these humans.
Am I really alone, does no one out there feel the same way I feel? I'm thirsty and need to feed, yet there is no one around. I don't want to be here left alone, what's that? Is that .. oh no it is .. the sun is coming up. There is nothing left for me to do but sit here alone in my dark world of emptiness and hope for the day someone will return to save me, but then who knows, it just might be too late!
